Warranty Inspections

Even if your home is new, it’s not uncommon to have things go wrong during the first year. Most builders offer a one-year warranty to cover just this type of situation. Contact Arizona Sun at 11 months and we’ll inspect your home so that any needed repairs or corrections can be made while your home is still under a builder’s warranty.
